Transformation-The Beginning (Part One)

Hello, World! Welcome to my First blog.

There is a lot of discussion on Internet, Social media about the body transformation. I have been through so many articles in past couple of Years and believe me guys these people are making a big business out of it.Honestly speaking all this promotion is done to sell their brands. Don’t be fooled by the word (Natural Fitness).All these body builders, Fitness experts which you see on this fitness magazines or networking sites will never speak about steroids they use for transformations’ A  healthy body is never gained by some 8 week or 12 week transformation plan. It takes a lot hard work, Perspiration, determination, willpower to achieve your dreams.
My blog is not about transformation which you have read many times. “How and what you should do to transform your body”.I am not going to discuss about: Drink plenty of water, Eat your Veggies, Do your Cardio,Avoid processed food, Sugar etc.. You can get such information anywhere on internet.
This blog is about “What all difficulties and challenges you have to face during transformation phase and how can overcome them”

                                             Inspiration Creates Motivation

“What is motivation? A lot of people ask me what motivates you, How did you stay motivated during your transformation phase.
There is no physical existence of the word “Motivation”. It is not something which you can download from internet, you have to find your motivation. In my view motivation is directly linked to inspiration .One which inspires you will motivate you. I know how hard it is to start something which seems to be impossible. I understand how people treat you when you are overweight, I remember people use to call me by nick names ‘Elephant’, ‘Fat face’ Football. They use laugh at me for no reason and that’s what the world is all about but the point here is how we react to it.You have to take all those hit with a fighting spirit because that’s what champions do.
My inspiration was rocky, it gave me the answers that why we should never give up and punch life back in tough times. And that inspiration motivates me to work harder and harder every day, I discovered my motivation and never looked back, Inspiration is a fuel to achieve greatness, so believe in yourself, Keep Your Dream alive, and don’t hope...Decide.

You create your will power but for that you need to free your soul from all negativity, breathe out negative thoughts and breathe in positive one, Allow your mind to spread positive vibes throughout your body, transform your mind to achieve big things  and work on your will by keeping your dream alive. Strong mind and great will is the key to transformation, no one speaks about it but this are the only powers which gives you the energy and keeps your spirit alive during  transformation phase, make sure you work on it every day.Change your mind and it will change your life.

We all know that the human Heart is about 100,000 times stronger electrically & up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain which means we are already blessed with a strong heart, Fitness was introduced in this world so that we can live a healthy life style. The common mistake which people do during their transformation is they look for an easy way out by using steroids, so despite of improving their health and heart they are actually destroying it. Greatness is never achieved through shortcuts, you have to work hard, eat right and believe in yourself. Now it’s completely your choice how you want to achieve your fitness goals.

The most crucial stage in transformation is the saturation point when despite of all the hard work and efforts you feel discouraged or let down because you don’t see any changes in your body, I believe this is the stage when your body becomes your toughest opponent but you have to push through every difficulty to achieve the goal. Most of the time people give up in this situation because they have a fear of failure, so how to survive from this situation. There is a very famous quote ‘Winners are not those who never lose, but those who never give up.” Keep that fighting spirit alive no matter what, Remember why you have started because one day you will be proud of yourself
